What you'll be doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international positions.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver outstanding candidate experiences.

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and market research to identify exceptional talent.

• Work with recruitment KPIs while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

• Contribute ideas that continuously improve our recruitment processes.

We're looking for professionals who have

✔ Experience in IT / Technical Recruitment

✔ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills

✔ Excellent English communication skills

✔ Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously

✔ A collaborative, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
