The work In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales success by providing technical expertise, excellent communication, solution design, and compelling presentations that help accelerate deal closure. You'll drive customer engagement by educating clients, identifying relevant business use cases, presenting at major industry conferences, and delivering impactful demos and Proof-of-Concepts that showcase real value. Your technical input will also strengthen our proposal competitiveness, contributing to winning RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Beyond customer-facing work, you'll help strengthen collaboration across teams, aligning Sales, R&D, and Product to ensure customer feedback shapes our offerings. In this role, we require fluent German or Polish, as well as English language skills. What you’ll actually do Provide technical expertise, excellent communication and continuous support throughout the sales cycle to help drive IQM’s business growth in the region Act as a critical bridge between the sales, business development, product, and engineering teams, ensuring that customers fully understand and appreciate the value of IQM’s quantum computing solutions Support sales success by providing technical expertise, solution design, and presentations to accelerate deal closure Drive customer engagement: educate customers, identify business use cases, present at major conferences, and deliver impactful demos and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) Enhance proposal competitiveness by contributing to winning RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with strong technical input Strengthen cross-team collaboration by aligning Sales, R&D, and Product teams to integrate customer feedback What we’re looking for Technical / Organizational Skills: • Strong understanding of quantum computing, understanding of high-performance computing (HPC) and cloud technologies are seen as an additional benefit • Ability to design, validate, and communicate complex technical solutions effectively Leadership & Communication: • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for decision-makers • Strong presentation and public speaking skills for engaging with C-level executives, researchers, and engineers Problem-Solving & Development: • Analytical thinking to assess customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions • Experience in structuring and delivering successful proof-of-concepts and pilot projects • Creativity in structuring technical solutions that align with business and market need Why IQM?
