Technical Sales Specialist II (Food Enzymes - Dairy)

We are looking for a talented Technical Sales specialist to join our IFF Food Biosciences sales organization in Morocco (Northwestern Africa)! We're looking for a candidate with proven skills with enzymes in the Food & Beverage and most importantly the Dairy industry. Driving growth in our Cultures and Enzymes portfolio across the Maghreb region. Combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver value-added solutions to customers and channel partners in the dairy industry. Health & Biosciences: Channeling our passion for nature and bioscience into sustainable, life-enhancing technologies that power innovative solutions across healthcare, food, consumer and industrial markets.​ Where You'll Make a Difference Business Development & Sales Execution Drive sales growth of Cultures and Enzymes in the Dairy segment across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Identify and convert new market opportunities into long-term sustainable revenue growth. Lead pricing and contract negotiations. Apply expert price negotiation skills and develop effective price strategies to ensure optimal value for both the company and our valued customers. Customer Engagement & Technical Support Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and channel partners Plan and co-ordinate lab/production-scale trials at customer sites, supported by regional Technical Application Specialists Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and customer loyalty. Strategic Planning & Forecasting Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps and plans for key accounts and distributors, aligning closely with global, regional and local strategies. Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business goals. Identify unmet customer and market needs, proactively creating opportunities to fuel pipeline growth and targets. Cross-functional Collaboration & Representation Collaborate across functions (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience Represent IFF H&B at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. What Makes You the Right Fit?
