Your Everyday at Nexi As a Technical Services Specialist - ECR (Electronic Cash Register) , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the activation and technical support processes of fiscal cash register solutions, including integration—where applicable—with fiscal cash registers, supporting accredited technician networks. Ensure continuous updates within Operations areas regarding industry fiscal developments and regulations. oversee network delivery activities with a strong focus on fiscal compliance, ensuring high service quality standards and managing, in a structured way, the collection, analysis, and resolution of operational and fiscal issues raised by customers and sales channels. oversee and coordinate technical and fiscal activities throughout installation and technical support processes, ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements, system configurations, and operational processes for maintenance and installation. Provide ongoing training both on fiscal cash registers and on management software used by advanced retail points (e.g., store management apps, inventory, invoicing, etc.). ensure high performance in training activities for end customers during service activation (installation) touchpoints and, where required, during maintenance activities. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications : At least 5 years of experience in technical services related to fiscal cash registers, including management of local dealers and expertise in regulatory and procedural aspects of electronic cash registers. Knowledge of fiscal regulations related to electronic cash registers. Proven ability to manage complex integrations by coordinating and engaging multiple stakeholders. Good command of English (written and spoken). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to anticipate technical or commercial issues before they impact partners. Ability to effectively interact with internal technical teams. Results-oriented approach in dynamic and technologically advanced environments. Problem solving skills.
