We are looking for a dedicated Technical Specialist to join our growing team!

About the role

As one of our Technical specialists, you will focus on making and supporting our customers to become more successful and innovative in using and developing their products and services in SOLIDWORKS and 3DExperience.

As a a part of our Technical specialists team you will have a varied everyday work life and tasks, including but not limited to;

• Technical support to customers. You handle your own cases in Support from start to finish and help our customers with various problems and issues related to SOLIDWORKS and other software that PLM Group delivers.

• Customer Trainings. You will conduct customer trainings, both physically and online, within the SOLIDWORKS product portfolio etc.

• Technical consultation - In the service you will perform consultation with customers, this means everything from installing and implementing software to creating drawing frames and special functions for the customer

• Act as Technical support in sales projects and internal projects within PLM Group. You are expected to be helpful in other parts of PLM Group depending on your interests and previous knowledge. For example; create technical material for webinars, blogs, websites and campaigns.

• Contribute to cross border cooperation and development of sales processes and best practice to team and PLM Group. We place great focus on the development of our organization and products, where you as an employee are encouraged to contribute your knowledge and experience to all colleagues in Finland and other countries.

You will always have colleagues and managers who support you in your work and challenges. As a technical specialist, you are part of the “Customer Care” team in Finland and Pan-Nordic.

About you

• At least one year of work experience working with SOLIDWORKS and/or another 3D-CAD program

• Preferable: Knowledge and/or Education in SQL and PDM.

• Completed post-secondary education in engineering, such as a mechanical engineer or equivalent with experience in machinery or data.

• You speak and write fluently in Finnish and English

• Preferable: experience in customer service or support
