Technical Specialist

A large media and services business is looking for a technical specialist to join the team. The role focuses on the active design and optimization of software processes to enhance business performance. The successful candidate will act as a strategic interface between business departments and IT development cycles.

What you'll be doing

• Analyzing complex system requirements to derive effective technical solutions

• Optimizing business processes specifically within printing and package creation sectors

• Translating user requirements into comprehensive IT concepts and documentation

• Managing the full software development lifecycle as a bridge between business and IT

• Driving the continuous development of the internal system landscape independently

What we're looking for

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

• Several years of professional experience in the IT sector and software engineering

• Proficient technical skills in SQL and Java for daily operational tasks

• Strong process orientation and a deep understanding of IT architectures

• Fluency in German and English with excellent communication and networking skills
