About your team  

You will join theItalianMarketing Teamcollaboratingclosely with a wide range of internal stakeholders including the Key Account Managers, CropManagers, Manager Marketing and theCountry Manager.

Externally, you will interact with dealers, technical teams, professional prescribers, official services, grower associations,techniciansand other stakeholders within the agrobusiness.

In this role, you will directly contribute to shaping the future of sustainable crop protection inItaly, driving market adoption, supporting product launches, and strengthening CertisBelchim’stechnical excellence and reputation across the region.  

About your job  

As a TechnicalSupportAdvisor, you will play a key role in accelerating sales andprovidingexpert technical guidance across your region. Your contribution will directly support our plant protection portfolio, covering both conventional and biocontrol solutions, as well as ourbio stimulantbusiness.  

Your responsibilities include:  

  • Identifyingopportunities to further develop our solutions in alignment with market needs.  

  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders, supporting sales growth.  

  • Overseeing demo trials plan and organizing customer visits.

  • Being a sales accelerator for the Plant Protection Products portfolio and supportingbio stimulantswithin holistic IPMprograms.  

  • Leading development- and commercial projects within your territory.  

  • Maintaining deep knowledge of company products and competitors and sharing insights internally and externally.  

  • Implementing IPM protocols across relevant crops in your assigned area.  

  • Ensuring continuous connection with internal and external stakeholders.  

  • Supporting product development before, during, and after launch to ensure strong market performance.  

  • Executing company strategy using KPI’s to guide direction and monitor success.  

About you  

You will thrive in this role if you recognize yourself in the following:  

  • At least three years of relevant experience in technical sales or customer-facing advisory roles.  

  • Proven experience in sales consulting, customerserviceand/or technical support.  

  • Strong technological aptitude, including the use of computer systems and databases.  

  • Customer-focused and results-driven approach.  

  • Ability to handle conflicts professionally and find constructive solutions.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation ability.  

  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking capabilities.  

  • Knowledge and experience in project management.  

  • Strategic mindset: able to plan, prioritize, and align with key KPIs and companyobjectives.  

  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative to improve processes and outcomes.  

  • Proficiencyin English to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
