Technical Support Analyst (integration support)

About The Role: This role is currently remote, and the position's core hours are North American. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated A pplication Support role - Integrations Specialist (Tier 2) is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and maintenance for integration applications in a production environment. This role focuses on ensuring seamless data exchange, high system availability, and timely issue resolution across various applications and interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily production support for integration of applications and related systems. Monitor, identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to integration processes, data transfer, and application performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely, effective resolution while minimizing business impact. Collaborate with internal technical teams (development, operations, infrastructure) and third-party vendors to diagnose and resolve integration-related problems. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures. Apply patches, upgrades, and new releases to integration platforms and related systems as necessary. Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and support business continuity during production incidents. Key Qualifications: Solid understanding of integration technologies such as APIs (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Web Services). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Nice to Have: Proven experience in application or production support, preferably in a role focused on integrations. Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, MongoDB). Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware tools. Basic understanding of HTML debugging and XSLT transformations. Experience with ITIL-based support processes or service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
