- Owning issues through to resolution on a busy helpdesk, using root-cause analysis and ITIL practices
- Patching and upgrading operating systems, software and applications

What you'll bring
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- A solid understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange Online
- Experience with MDM and endpoint tools such as MS Intune, Microsoft Defender or Endpoint Central
- Exposure to backup, Citrix / Terminal Services and enterprise anti-virus technologies
- Experience deploying OS images and managing applications
- Strong communication skills and a real customer service focus
- A third-level IT qualification or relevant certifications and experience (e.g. MCSA, CompTIA A+/Network+)
- Financial services or insurance experience is a bonus
What's on offer
- Competitive salary plus discretionary bonus
- Generous pension scheme
- Health allowance for you and your dependents
- 24 days annual leave (with the option to buy more), plus 2 additional company days
- Life assurance and income protection
- Learning and development support, including exam and study leave
- Complimentary lunch and coffee
- Bike to Work scheme, discounted home and car insurance, and an active sports and social club
