Adept at hardware selection, configuration & Installation, vendor management, software troubleshooting, and SCADA system implementation. More specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following accountabilities: Design and configure IoT-based monitoring solutions for solar PV plants, including dataloggers (Webdyn, Wattmon, Suryalogix) and sensors. Analyze site-specific technical requirements to select appropriate monitoring hardware. Develop and implement communication architectures for solar plants (500kW to MW scale). Evaluate and negotiate with hardware vendors for cost-effective and reliable solutions. Configure and integrate multiple data logger brands with servers and cloud platforms. Oversee SCADA system implementation for open-access projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (SLDC communication, forecasting obligations). Finalize PLC and SCADA software selection, preparing RFQs and evaluating technical proposals.
