In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.​

​In particular, you will:​

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, defining priorities, development approaches and engineering standards, while contributing to effort estimation and technical planning activities.
• Take ownership of key technical and architectural decisions, ensuring long-term scalability, maintainability, security and overall solution quality.
• Define, evolve and maintain the architecture of applications and systems, designing modern solutions based on microservices and distributed architectures.
• Establish and promote architectural principles, development guidelines and coding standards through technical reviews and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks and innovative approaches, driving the adoption of solutions that support product evolution and business growth.
• Lead the modernization of the technology landscape, guiding the transition from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native and containerized architectures.

What skills are we looking for?​

• At least 5 years of experience in software development within the Microsoft .NET/.NET Core ecosystem, with strong expertise in C#, enterprise applications, REST APIs, and team leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience designing and evolving microservices-based and distributed architectures, with a strong focus on scalability, resiliency, and software quality.
• Solid experience in designing complex enterprise applications and defining modern architectural solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices, including Git, CI/CD, and release automation.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and data modeling, along with experience modernizing legacy systems and managing technical debt.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Total compensation: € 39.000 – € 53.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.​

Location: The position is opened in the Napoli or Catania offices.
