What you'll do

• Write user documentation for automation systems
• Create implementation guides and playbooks
• Document technical processes and architectures
• Develop training materials for client teams
• Edit and improve existing documentation
• Collaborate with engineers to understand technical details

What we're looking for

• 3+ years writing technical documentation or content
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with documentation tools (Notion, Confluence, etc.)
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Bonus: Technical background or experience with automation/APIs
