Description

Draft, edit, review, and maintain IT Procurement Documents that will support the acquisition of professional services, products purchased, infrastructure, and system implementations. Requirements for documents will be provided by IT Leadership, project managers, and subject-matter experts. Preparation of clear accurate, and compliant Statements of Work (SOWs), Scopes of Work, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Quotation (RFQs), Service -Level Agreements, End User License Agreements (EULAs), and related IT solicitation and contract documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Power Point. Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professional discretion. Experience required: At least 3-5 years of progressive responsible experience in technical writing, contract drafting and contract administration. Education required: Bachelors degree in related field preferably. Experience preferred: Knowledge of public sector procurement laws and methods. Understanding of required public contract provisions. Knowledge of fair and open competition principles. Familiarity with IT-specific public-sector requirements such as ADA, FedRAMP, GovRAMP. Understanding of ethics and conflict-of-interest rules Technical Writing credentials

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
