  • Identify opportunities to improve clarity, structure, and alignment within performance documentation as service models evolve.

  • Manage internal approvals, maintain version control, and ensure documents are stored and maintained within appropriate internal systems.

Experiences

  • Experience producing structured documentation such as procedures, service descriptions, operational content, or performance frameworks within complex service environments.

  • Background working within multidisciplinary operational settings (e.g., facilities management, mining, hospitality, logistics, maintenance) or similar environments where service functions interact across multiple streams.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather, interpret, and translate operational information through engagement with varied internal stakeholders.

  • Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, or informationgathering sessions to clarify requirements and validate content.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple documentation streams, coordinate reviews, and maintain version control and quality standards.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage internal stakeholders across different levels and functions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal documentation systems such as SharePoint, or similar tools used to manage and maintain controlled documents.

  • Understanding of how performance measures, service expectations, and operational outcomes interact within an outcomes focused operating model.

  • Tertiary qualification in Technical Writing, Communications, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline (preferred).

  • Equivalent experience in technical writing or operational documentation will be considered in place of formal qualifications.
