Technical Writer Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will lead a team of technical writers responsible for delivering high-quality documentation across multiple products and domains. You will support team development, partner with project managers, and collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and ensure successful outcomes that meet both customer and business needs. As part of a broader transformation, you will also contribute to advancing documentation quality, consistency, and efficiency across the customer journey. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop and grow technical writers through coaching, feedback, and career development support Manage performance and support the professional growth of team members Ensure the team delivers high-quality, usable documentation that meets user and business needs Partner with documentation project managers to support successful delivery outcomes Enable team effectiveness by providing clear direction and support Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align documentation with product priorities Influence stakeholders to improve documentation outcomes and user experience Work with other Documentation leaders to help define the direction of the organization Foster an environment of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement Identify efficiency gain opportunities and drive improvements within the team Drive the adoption and effective use of tools and technologies, including AI-assisted solutions, to strengthen team efficiency and documentation outcomes Who You Are: You build strong, inclusive teams that consistently deliver high-quality results and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
