🔹 Technical Research & Innovation Advisor – PhD

This is a senior role working closely with the CEO on technology strategy, emerging technologies, research and innovation initiatives.

The focus is on turning complex technical research into clear, decision-ready insights that can support real business and technology decisions.

What you’ll work on

• Work directly with the CEO on technology strategy, innovation direction and high-priority research initiatives

• Research IoT, AI and emerging technologies, industry developments and strategic technical opportunities

• Analyse complex technical landscapes and develop clear recommendations

• Evaluate IoT, AI and other innovative technology solutions

• Use AI-assisted methods to improve research and analysis

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions on strategic initiatives

• Maintain high standards of intellectual rigour, discretion and professionalism

What we’re looking for

🎓 PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Software Engineering or a related technical field.

We’re looking for professionals with:

• Advanced research and analytical capability

• Strong strategic, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain complex technical subjects to senior audiences

• Experience preparing reports, briefings or presentations

• Research-driven judgement and decision-making

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently on high-ownership assignments

• Excellent attention to detail and quality

A strong academic or professional track record, published research, technical projects or demonstrated subject-matter expertise will be an advantage.
