Perché questo ruolo è importante

Come Coordinatore di Flotte Auto Carro, svolgerai un ruolo chiave nel supporto dei clienti Flotte Goodyear in Italia. Collaborando a stretto contatto con clienti, Officine e rivenditori pneumatici e team interni, contribuirai a garantire elevati standard di servizio, ottimizzare le performance delle flotte, migliorare l'efficienza dei costi e favorire la soddisfazione dei clienti.

Si tratta di un ruolo altamente orientato al cliente e support sul campo presso le sedi client Flotte autocarro e Officine rivenditori pneumatici, in cui la tua capacità di costruire relazioni e risolvere problemi contribuirà direttamente al successo delle operazioni sulle Flotte di Goodyear.

Cosa farai

• Effettuare audit periodici presso flotte, fornitori di servizi e partner per valutare la qualità del servizio, la conformità alle policy Goodyear e l'efficacia operativa, con particolare attenzione alla gestione dei pneumatici e degli asset.
• Gestire le attività di inventario dei pneumatici presso flotte e officine partner, supportando anche le operazioni di raccolta, smistamento e invio delle carcasse per la ricostruzione.
• Analizzare report operativi, KPI di servizio, risultati delle ispezioni e dati di performance per identificare criticità, opportunità di miglioramento e azioni correttive.
• Garantire il rispetto dei processi e degli standard Goodyear, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei costi, all'utilizzo efficiente degli asset e al miglioramento continuo della qualità del servizio.
• Individuare e risolvere problematiche operative collaborando con clienti, fornitori di servizi e stakeholder interni per assicurare elevati livelli di servizio e soddisfazione del cliente.
• Supportare l'avvio di nuovi clienti con contratti a costo chilometrico (Mileage), attraverso ispezioni dei veicoli, valutazioni dei fornitori e attività di onboarding finalizzate a garantire una corretta manutenzione dei pneumatici.
• Costruire solide relazioni con clienti, officine e partner commerciali, promuovendo l'adozione degli strumenti, dei sistemi e delle migliori pratiche Goodyear all'interno della rete di assistenza. Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio (circa 4 giorni alla settimana), con eventuali pernottamenti.

Cosa cerchiamo

• Esperienza tecnica e/o operativa nel settore delle flotte, preferibilmente autocarro, oppure presso officine e rivenditori di pneumatici, con attenzione alla qualità del servizio e alla manutenzione dei pneumatici.
• Solide capacità analitiche e di problem solving, con esperienza nell’interpretazione di report, KPI e dati operativi per identificare opportunità di miglioramento.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con abilità nel collaborare efficacemente con clienti, fornitori di servizi, partner commerciali e stakeholder interni.
• Approccio proattivo, orientamento al cliente e forte attenzione al miglioramento continuo, alla qualità del servizio e al raggiungimento dei risultati.
• Buone competenze digitali e organizzative, con capacità di gestire più priorità contemporaneamente e lavorare in autonomia.
• Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana obbligatoria; la conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce un requisito preferenziale.

Retribuzione: € 25.800 - € 40.480
