Position Summary: The Technician Helper is responsible for assisting the technician with the inspection including set up and equipment. The Helper will follow approved testing procedures and shall receive the necessary guidance or supervision from a certified inspector. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Perform QA/QC review functions on their own deliverables material that meets or exceeds the defined Quality Reporting process targets for the Integrity Service Division reporting systems to ensure the quality standard is being met and maintained. Follow all safety protocols, including visual inspection and surveillance of an area. Ability to learn from written procedures and verbal instruction. All other duties as assigned. Complexity, Decision-Making, Problem Solving: Possess strong problem solving and communication skills along with the high capabilities to utilize computers and cloud-based data management and reporting systems. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Confined Space Entry Training may be required. Strong customer service communication skills, both verbal and written. Work independently, in a safe and effective manner with minimal direction and supervision in a procedure driven environment. Management Responsibilities: None Qualifications Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications): High School Diploma or equivalent required Microsoft Office platform Have a strong skill or exhibit the ability to adapt and learn enhanced skills in the following Microsoft Office platform tools; Teams, SharePoint, Forms and other apps in the suite Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible requirement to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program. Environmental/Working Conditions: Working in the extreme heat or cold. Working in small spaces. Other Considerations/Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel on short notice, and for extended periods of time. Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to rent vehicles to support inspection needs.
