We’re looking for a Technology Asset Coordinator to join our Hassell Technology team in a part-time capacity, working three days per week. This role is responsible for the effective management of Hassell’s technology assets across their full lifecycle – from procurement and inventory management through to replacement, lease returns and retirement. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our people have the technology they need, particularly when new team members join Hassell or when employees leave the practice. Working closely with our Technology team, People & Culture, Finance, studio teams and external technology partners, you’ll help ensure our technology assets are well managed, available when needed and aligned with business requirements. This is a highly collaborative and coordination-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to processes, working with different stakeholders and making sure things get done. What you'll do: Oversee technology asset procurement and management activities. Work with vendors to manage computer refresh projects. Liaise with staff regarding computer replacement schedules. Work with P&C and Technology teams to ensure assets are allocated and demobilised for new and departing staff. Follow Hassell Technology processes and procedures. Assist with tracking and preparing annual budgets as directed by the Head of Technology and other Technology leaders. Approve and process invoices for submission to Finance. Maintain database records, including the CMDB and contracts, within our ITSM platform, ServiceNow. Contribute to continual service improvement across the technology environment and within the Hassell Technology team. Support risk management and audit readiness, including ISO 27001 evidence and reporting. Report Occupational Health & Safety hazards in line with company policy. Regularly consult with Hassell Technology and vendor partners, ensuring vendors proactively work towards sustainability and ethical practices. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. You have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you’ll interact with people across different areas of the business. You’ll ideally bring: Experience in IT asset procurement, coordination or lifecycle management. Experience working with technology vendors and/or contract management. A good understanding of IT concepts and technology infrastructure. Experience with purchase orders, invoices, budgeting or financial processes. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience contributing to process or service improvements. The ability to work independently, use your initiative and follow tasks through to completion. An interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows and ways of working. Why Hassell?
