Technology Engagement Officer. Salary: £39,500 per annum. Location: Remote. Must be based in the UK. Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months covering Maternity leave, 35 hours per week. How you'll help to create brighter futures Develop and maintain the Technology Stakeholder Engagement Plan. Support the content development for digital platforms and internal channels. Promoting Technology functions offerings which will help the commerciality and efficiency of the charity. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Maintaining up-to-date awareness of industry and technology trends. Managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure smooth execution of communications and engagement initiatives. Be an advocate for the whole Technology Directorate building its profile and influence and help foster a culture of technological empowerment within Action for Children. Let's talk about you Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a clear understanding of technology and business strategy. Highly established stakeholder management skills. Demonstrable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability to take on challenging projects across various business areas in a large, complex organisation. Experience in content development and internal communications. Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading. Evidence of building trust to influence those beyond their immediate sphere of control. Delivery internal workshops and ad-hoc 1:1’s to obtain information and insight to improve service delivery and knowledge sharing.
