  • Support SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, and SSO integrations.
  • Partner with technology vendors and third-party dental platforms such as Jarvis and Dental Intelligence.
  • Maintain security best practices related to MFA, endpoint protection, access control, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure technology supports business needs.

  • Hands-on experience with PMS conversions.
  • Experience with one or more dental PMS platforms such as Denticon, Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and identity/access management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, and endpoint management.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across a remote organization.
  • Must reside in the United States.

Preferred:

  • Dental or DSO experience.
  • Experience managing MSP/vendor relationships.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Power Automate, or SSO.
  • Experience training end users on PMS or technology systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

What You'll Bring

  • A strong ownership mindset and willingness to jump in and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and practice needs simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technology and systems.
  • A customer-focused approach to supporting dental practices and internal teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 – $85,000 + performance-based bonus opportunity
  • 1-year contract position with benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
