Technology Portfolio Associate

At Verisure, we're looking for a Technology Portfolio Strategy Associate to join a high-visibility team working directly with senior technology leadership on some of the company's most strategic and business-critical initiatives.

It's a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, structuring ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning strategic ideas into tangible outcomes.

What you'll do

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, helping shape initiatives that impact millions of customers across multiple markets.

Your work will include:

• Transforming strategic priorities from the CTO organization into actionable plans and initiatives
• Developing business cases, executive recommendations, and data-driven insights
• Driving cross-functional programs across Technology, Business, Legal, Data Privacy, and Information Security
• Managing governance, portfolio management, and strategic roadmaps
• Supporting technology transformation initiatives, including AI-related challenges and opportunities
• Leading executive reporting, presentations, and decision-making materials
• Coordinating stakeholders across countries, functions, and seniority levels
• Supporting crisis management initiatives and action plans when required

We're looking for someone who has

• 2-4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Strategic PMO, or Portfolio Management
• A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or another technical discipline
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• The ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• A structured and highly proactive approach to execution
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
