This is a highly visible role that combines strategy, leadership, technology, and execution, working directly with senior technology leaders on initiatives that impact millions of customers across multiple markets.

What you'll do

As a Technology Portfolio Strategy Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for translating strategic priorities into tangible business impact.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of high-performing Associates
• Turn strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and execution plans
• Drive complex analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Business, Legal, Data Privacy and Information Security
• Own governance frameworks, portfolio management processes and strategic planning activities
• Shape and prioritize technology and service innovation roadmaps
• Support transformation initiatives, operational excellence programs, AI-related opportunities and strategic technology challenges
• Drive executive reporting and decision-making materials for senior leadership
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across markets and functions
• Bring external perspectives, best practices and strategic thinking to key technology decisions

Who we're looking for

You likely have:

• 5-7 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy or Portfolio Management
• Experience leading teams, workstreams, or complex strategic initiatives
• A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across complex organizations
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in English and Spanish
