We are currently searching for a Incident/Change Governance & Control (ICGC) Engineer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Support governance and oversight of the Incident Management lifecycle, coordinating incident reviews, post-mortem governance activities, remediation tracking, and operational reporting.
• Analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and operational risks to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen operational resilience alongside cross-functional Engineering and SRE teams.
• Support governance and oversight of SDLC & Change Management processes, coordinating Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance activities, change reviews, and risk assessments.
• Produce executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and operational metrics to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Support audit requests, control reviews, and regulatory engagements by preparing supporting documentation and evidence.
• Act as a product owner and subject matter expert for governance-related technology platforms, gathering requirements and coordinating user feedback.
• Drive workflow automation and improvements to governance effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Support ownership and maintenance of Incident Management, Post-Mortem, Change Management, and Operational Resilience procedures, playbooks, and training materials.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology Management; Or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Production Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Engineering Governance, or Technology Risk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the usage of AI tools.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, or control assessments.
• Familiarity with operational resilience, governance, risk, and control frameworks.
• Experience with workflow management, governance, reporting, or analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, product ownership, or SDLC governance practices.
• ITIL, Agile, Product Ownership, Risk Management, or related certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
