About the Role We are looking for a Technology Support Specialist II to join our international team and provide reliable IT and application support across our clinical trial and corporate operations. If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, supporting users, and understanding how systems and processes work, we'd love to hear from you. Your Responsibilities Support, configure, and maintain IT tools, services, and applications, ensuring reliable day-to-day operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and application-related issues. Respond to user requests and incidents, resolving issues whenever possible and escalating complex cases when required. Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceDesk Plus, ensuring appropriate prioritization, documentation, communication, and timely resolution. Monitor service performance, KPIs, and compliance with agreed SLAs. Provide first-line technical and application support. Manage application access, user accounts, permissions, and authentication activities in line with security policies. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and resolution records. Use Jira to collaborate with internal teams and track defects, improvements, and ongoing activities. Work closely with application owners, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex issues. Identify recurring incidents and opportunities to improve applications, support processes, operational efficiency, and user experience. Follow established procedures and change management processes within a regulated clinical research environment. What Will Make You Successful? Previous experience in IT support, application support, helpdesk, service desk, application management, or a related field. Good understanding of IT troubleshooting principles and experience resolving technical or application-related issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to create clear and accurate technical documentation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts. Experience with ServiceDesk Plus, Jira, or similar IT Service Management and issue-tracking tools is an advantage. Previous experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated environment is a plus. CV submitted in English.
