We are looking for a Technology Team Coordinator - Data Platform area who be developing consultants (~10 people) with active participation in projects and the development of organizational competencies.
This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate people while staying close to technology and projects, having a real impact on the direction of data & analytics solutions.
What makes you a great fit?
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Platform & BI
- At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or a leadership role (tech lead / team lead)
- Broad knowledge of:
-- Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse
-- Data architecture and analytics platforms
- Experience working with technologies such as:
-- SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric
-- Cloud solutions (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with clients (workshops, presentations, consulting)
- Experience in delivery and pre-sales (solutioning, offer preparation)
- Knowledge of trends and approaches in data architecture
- Very good command of English
Soft skills
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to BI systems, ensuring smooth operations and data accuracy.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely, fostering understanding and collaboration.
- Meticulous in data validation, report generation, and ensuring data quality across BI platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams, coordinating with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Open to learning new tools and technologies in the rapidly evolving BI landscape and adjusting to changing business needs.
What will you do?
- Developing the Data Platform consultants (approx. 10 people – data engineers)
- Hands-on project involvement
- Responsibility for delivering solutions for clients and internal initiatives
- Building a growth-oriented environment – mentoring, feedback, technical support
- Creating and executing development plans, goals (OKRs), and competency paths
- Ensuring high employee engagement
- Collaborating with clients – gathering requirements, providing technological consulting, participating in workshops
- Supporting pre-sales activities (offer preparation, solutioning) and contributing to offer development
- Collaborating on building and developing Data Platform & BI competencies within the organization
