Role Description The Telecommunications Projects Manager is a full-time, remote role based in Lahore office. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple telecom projects, from initiation through completion. Day-to-day tasks include planning & scheduling, contracts management, managing budgets and resources, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, procurement, field team and customer stakeholders, preparing project documentation, and providing regular status updates and reports. The Telecommunications Project Manager also supports continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices across programs and projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including Project Planning, scheduling, and risk and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Program Management capabilities to oversee multiple related projects, align them with strategic objectives, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Telecommunications expertise, with an understanding of network technologies, infrastructure deployments, and industry standards.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are beneficial.
- Experience managing technical or infrastructure projects, preferably in telecommunications critical services environments, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, maintain professionalism under pressure, and adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.
