GetYourCare (GYC) is seeking licensed physicians who already have an existing patient base and are looking for a professional, organized platform to manage consultations, follow-ups, care coordination, referrals, and patient records.

This opportunity is ideal for physicians who are currently seeing patients independently and want to leverage a modern telehealth platform while maintaining ownership of their professional relationships.

Position Overview

As a GYC Telehealth Physician, you will provide virtual consultations through our secure platform while benefiting from administrative support, scheduling tools, patient management systems, marketing assistance, and care coordination services.

While GYC will assign patients to participating providers when available, this position is specifically designed for physicians who can bring and actively transition their own patients onto the platform.

Provider Expectations

Patient Volume Requirement

To ensure a successful partnership, physicians are expected to:

• Bring a minimum of 20 active patients within their first 60 days on the platform.
• Encourage existing patients to utilize GYC for consultations and follow-up care.
• Maintain professional engagement with patients through scheduled virtual appointments.
• Participate in quality assurance and clinical documentation requirements.

Please note: GYC will also provide patient referrals and platform-generated patients when available; however, this role is primarily intended for providers who already have an established patient network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations through the GYC platform.
• Manage patient follow-ups and ongoing care plans.
• Document encounters accurately within the EMR system.
• Coordinate referrals, laboratory testing, and specialist consultations when appropriate.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable medical regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD, MBChB, DO, or equivalent).
• Active medical license in your practicing jurisdiction.
• Existing patient base with the ability to onboard patients to the platform.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth technology and electronic medical records.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Compensation

Compensation is based on completed consultations and patient visits. Details regarding provider payment structure will be discussed during the interview process.
