As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you’ll conduct Comprehensive Health Assessments, identify and document risk adjustment findings, close quality care gaps, and help members understand their care plans and next steps. This role is fully remote, structured, and ideal for NPs who can commit at least 24 hours per week—especially those with weekday/daytime availability on Thursdays and Fridays.
