Shifts
Scheduling is dependent on need. Minimum of 4 days availability including one weekend day/month. Shifts are 8-12 hours.
Hours of operation are 7 days/week 9am-9pm EST
Requirements & Preferences
Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice.
Current state license in Pennsylvania, or Louisiana
Well-versed in various Electronic Medical Records
(Preferred) Prior experience working within a value-based care environment, partnering with population health/care management teams, treating patients via telehealth
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Familiar with and able to demonstrate multicultural competency and facility with identifying socioeconomic and educational issues facing the populations we treat
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Special Considerations
On behalf of the physicians, myLaurel will coordinate applications for multi state licensing. At times, the physician will need to be able to respond in a timely manner to help complete the process, which may include providing proof/copies of certifications, licenses, fingerprinting, notarized documents, etc
Must be able to provide an appropriate telehealth environment during patient care: clean, quiet, internet access with appropriate connectivity, HIPAA compliant privacy, appropriate dress, appropriate lighting.
Must complete all required mandatory company learning modules in a timely manner

Rapid Advanced Care: on-demand in-home acute care

Acute Care at Home: hospital patients are discharged home, and advanced care is continued in the home while simultaneously providing transition care, reducing time in the hospital and significantly reducing readmissions
