This entry-level position is designed as a launch pad to becoming a Licensed Sales Producer with Allstate. Essential Job Functions Make multiple outbound calls daily to potential customers using our live data lead system. Follow provided scripts naturally to build rapport and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents. Prospect, follow up, and nurture leads with consistency and enthusiasm. Track activity in our CRM and meet daily/weekly call and quality goals. What You’ll Bring Excellent phone and communication skills with a friendly, confident tone.
