As a Remote Telesales Representative, you will manage outbound sales calls to warm leads, converting initial inquiries into high-value health and wellness packages. Because you will be discussing complex health markers and premium wellness solutions with a sophisticated demographic, flawless English fluency and sharp consultative closing skills are absolute musts.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Conversions: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, effectively presenting the value of premium preventive health packages to close deals.

Consultative Selling: Uncover client health goals, lifestyle habits, and pain points to recommend the ideal tailored health program.

Objection Handling: Confidently and empathetically navigate sensitive hesitations regarding price, commitment, or health habits.

Pipeline Management: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity KPIs while keeping the CRM meticulously updated.

Requirements

Language: Native or near-native English fluency (both written and spoken).

A highly professional, clear, and neutral accent is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of successful telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in high-ticket industries like health-tech, premium wellness, luxury services, or consultative B2C/SaaS.

Remote Setup: A quiet, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a professional-grade headset.
