Telesales Team Manager

What you’ll own

· Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of telesales agents to achieve high performance and exceed goals

· Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement

· Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

· Work closely with Senior Management & Directors to align team objectives with overall business goals

· Coach individuals to improve quality and performance.

· Deliver 1-2-1s, and comply with HR policies at line manager level

· Take a customer first approach whilst ensuring optimum profitability of all sales activity.

What you’ll bring

· 12 months minimum experience in a B2B sales leadership role

· Experience in managing a team remotely

· Strong background in managing and developing sales teams

· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives

· Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

· Strong people management skills

It’s a bonus if you have

· Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of using and managing a dialler would be advantageous
