Bringing Exceptional Service to Life

The Event Solutions Group is looking for two (2) enthusiastic, detail-driven professionals to join the team as Temporary Event Registration Managers.

In this fast-paced and highly collaborative role, you will be at the center of the participant experience, managing attendee and VIP data, supporting registration activities, delivering accurate reporting, and providing outstanding communication to customers and event participants.

Commitment required through: May 2027

We work a hybrid model: Mon/Fri are work from home and Tues/Wed/Thurs are in office days.

What You'll Do

As a Temporary Event Registration Manager, you will:

  • Partner with account teams and customers during planning meetings.
  • Test, maintain, and support attendee registration websites in Cvent & Lenos.
  • Manage customer invitee lists and ensure attendee information remains accurate and current.
  • Coordinate hotel room blocks, including inventory, reporting, billing, and extension stays.
  • Manage event activities and breakout sessions, including registration, inventory, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain Common Participant Questions documentation.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for attendees by responding to questions and extension requests by phone and email.
  • Provide accurate participant data to Event Communications and CMC in support of event mailings.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver internal and customer-facing reports.
  • Complete final reviews of participant communications to ensure data and list accuracy.
  • Prepare and present participant information during pre-event briefing meetings.
  • Create and distribute event surveys and provide access to survey results.
  • Follow all BI WORLDWIDE and customer registration, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Work flexible or non-traditional hours when needed to meet customer needs and important deadlines.
  • Keep departmental tools, resources, and working documentation current.
  • Provide additional departmental support as requested by the Director.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in event registration, event planning, hospitality, or a related corporate or third-party environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong multitasking and project-management skills are essential.
  • An undergraduate degree is preferred but not required.

Hourly Rate Range: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, and skills.
