Summary
Temporary Auto Reimbursement Coordinator - 6 Month Contract
Must be in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones
The Temporary Auto Reimbursement Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the company’s strategic sourcing processes to include report development, analysis, and program administration. Position will manage internal Auto Programs for field based employees that utilize a personal vehicle for business use. This position will be responsible for interacting with all levels of the company’s organizational structure; including retail, sales, finance, payroll, and human resource personnel in managing the company’s internal expenses.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze expense data, create and manage reports to discover opportunities for cost savings and improved services. Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in collecting and analyzing data for new and existing categories
- Serve as point of contact for employee questions, program issues, and vendor relations for various strategic sourcing programs. Create employee communications and training programs to ensure correct usage of internal systems and programs
- Collaborate on the development of policy and assist as needed to promote compliance
- Review, audit, and code invoices to ensure accuracy and correct expense distribution of strategic sourcing programs to internal divisions
- Solicit and coordinate input from employees and department heads regarding vendor performance and bring issues and recommendations to the Strategic Sourcing Manager
- Maintain and manage departmental data posted on the company’s intranet
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience Requirements: 1-3 years relevant experience
- Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction
and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills

- Report writing and development skills
- High sense of urgency; strong drive and passion to win
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; position requires daily discussions with customers at all personnel levels
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Adaptability to changing demands, priorities, circumstances, and directions
- Demonstrated commitment to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
- Ability to work independently, but also successful team building skills
- Works cooperatively with others toward common group objectives, demonstrates respect for the ideas and contributions of other team members, cultivates positive relationships with other associates, and provides assistance and support to others
- 1 to 2 years of intermediate/advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
