Overview
As a Commercial Product & Strategy associate, you will work alongside a team of Product Managers who are geographically disbursed throughout the Fulton footprint supporting the Commercial Bank with a focus on Commercial Products and Strategy. You will have an opportunity to work with a variety of areas including Digital, Payment & Fraud Management, Receivables, Deposits & Liquidity, Merchant Services, and Loan & Credit Process.
Under close supervision with a designated supervisor, associate is responsible for observing Corporate policies and procedures to acquire knowledge and build skills while working with a specific department, division, or on a special project. The duration of an internship is dependent on each specific assignment.
15 hours per week from October 2026 through January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Performs assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for successful performance.
- Completes reports on progress in internship program and gives feedback about program to manager and Talent Acquisition team. (Management feedback must indicate satisfactory progress to remain in Internship Program).
- An Intern may also participate in Career Training/Education as needed.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: Must have completed or are currently enrolled and in the process of completing, a 4 year degree from an accredited college/university. A wide range of majors will be considered, such as: accounting, finance, IT/Data, risk and other business related majors. Specialty is dependent on the requirements/needs of each internship assignment.
- Must have completed a minimum of 15+ college credits- equivalent to one semester.
- If graduated must have been within the last 6 months.

- Strong academic performance is required. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher as shown on a transcript. (Preferred)
Experience
3 to 6 months experience requirements will match the needs of the assigned department (Required)
3 to 6 months prior related work experience is preferred, including co-op or internship with a focus in assigned area.
Demonstrated/proven leadership experience and community involvement is also preferred. . (Preferred)
Other Duties as Assigned by Manager
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

This is a temporary job and base pay compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including the duties of the role as well as candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
