Brandeis University is delighted to announce a Temporary Corporate & Workforce Partnership Associate - Part-time position in the Rabb Online School.
This is a hybrid position; Wednesdays in the office.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week. Anticipated length of assignment- 3 months.
The hourly rate for this position is $44.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management (65%):
- Host meetings and maintain regular communication with current corporate partners to maintain and strengthen relationships. This includes a standing check-in cadence with each partner's HR, benefits, or learning contact, sharing program updates and upcoming enrollment deadlines, and keeping the relationship active between events.
- Engage with partners through email correspondence and phone calls to provide updates and gather feedback. Respond to partner questions about the tuition benefit, eligibility, and application steps, and bring partner feedback back to Admissions and Marketing.
- Host webinars and information sessions to showcase Brandeis Online programs and explore opportunities for collaboration. Schedule sessions with the partner contact, coordinate the presenter and registration with Admissions, run the session, and follow up with attendees.
- Coordinate and staff select partner benefits fairs to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction. Prioritize fairs at partners with the largest employee populations, staff the table, speak with employees about programs and the partner discount, and capture leads for Admissions follow-up.
- Onboard newly signed partners. Walk the partner through how the benefit works, provide the landing page, flyers, and internal announcement copy, and get the first employee information session on the calendar.
Data Management (20%):
- Maintain a corporate dashboard to track partner engagement, interactions, and key metrics. Log partner contacts, meetings, events, and next actions so the status of every partnership is current and visible to leadership.
- Utilize internal CRM systems to manage partner information and generate reports for analysis. Use Slate and the partnership dashboards to keep partner records current, confirm partner tagging with Admissions, and pull enrollment by partner after each intake.
Communications and collaboration (15%):
- Draft and distribute newsletters and other relevant communications to partners, students, and stakeholders. Prepare regular partner updates covering program news, upcoming sessions, and deadlines, and adapt the content for partner employee newsletters and intranet posts.
- Ensure timely and informative communication to keep partners informed and engaged. Respond to partner requests promptly, confirm event details, and keep partners aware of what is coming next.
- Work closely with various departments within Brandeis, including marketing, the registrar, IT, and student services, to ensure seamless coordination in achieving admissions and enrollment goals. Coordinate with Marketing on partner flyers, landing pages, and newsletter content, and with Admissions and Student Services on partner student questions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development, preferably in higher education or online learning.
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and step into established partner relationships quickly.
- Experience hosting virtual information sessions or webinars.
- Proficiency in Slate and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally for partner meetings and events.
