Temporary Virtual Sales Representative

Inizio Engage is partnering with Genentech, a leading biotechnology company, to hire Virtual Sales Representatives for an exciting short-term assignment supporting the validation of current healthcare provider insights.

This 4-week temporary opportunity, running approximately November 16th through December 18th, is ideal for experienced sales professionals looking to put their skills to work while earning additional income before the holidays.

As a Virtual Sales Representative, you’ll engage with healthcare professionals across assigned territories, drive key activities, and help deliver valuable provider insights—all from a virtual environment.

What will you be doing?

• Engage targeted healthcare professionals in in-depth informational communications in accordance with policies and procedures set by the client.
• Verify and complete required data entry including details of the target’s responses, notes and any follow through actions in accordance with policies and procedures set by the client.
• Maintain call productivity and metrics, which are required by Inizio and the client.
• Manage daily sales call activity to optimize time and maximize the achievement of sales and market share objectives.
• Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions, thereby ensuring acceptance of, or agreement with a “call plan” objective.
• Maintain the required product expertise including competitive product knowledge.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Client’s products and ensure clear, concise and accurate communication of product information with target audiences using proper medical terminology.

What do you need for this position?

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous phone sales experience required
• Strong technical acumen
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
