Are you looking to join a growing, values-led organisation with a clear social purpose?

At Lifestone Homes, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 30,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising number of new affordable homes we build. Through our merger we’ve brought together shared values, skills and ambition, so we can build more affordable homes and make an even bigger difference in the communities we serve

If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment while helping to shape stronger communities, we’d love to welcome you on our journey. Together, we’re building a better future.

We're looking for an experienced Tenancy Sustainment & Support Advocate to join our Customer Support Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with residents facing a wide range of challenges, delivering practical support, advice and signposting that helps people maintain successful tenancies and improve their wellbeing.

The role

You'll manage a varied caseload of residents who require additional support to sustain their tenancy, taking a coordinated and person-centred approach to identifying needs and delivering tailored support plans.

Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you'll help residents access the right services and resources, supporting them through challenges such as:

• Mental health and wellbeing concerns
• Financial hardship and debt
• Fuel and food poverty
• Employment and training needs
• Hoarding behaviours
• Accessing charitable funding
• Social isolation and vulnerability
• Complex tenancy-related issues

The role involves providing short to medium-term support, helping residents build resilience and independence while preventing tenancy breakdown wherever possible.

About you

You'll have experience supporting vulnerable individuals and managing a caseload of customers with varying levels of need and complexity.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing complex support cases
• Is knowledgeable about tenancy sustainment and support services
• Can build effective relationships with customers and partner agencies
• Has excellent organisational and case management skills
• Is confident working independently and prioritising a busy workload
• Has a strong customer focus and a passion for improving outcomes
• Understands the challenges faced by customers within social housing

You'll be a proactive and resilient individual who enjoys working collaboratively and is passionate about making a positive difference to people's lives.

About the team

You'll be joining a small but highly dedicated team, each bringing their own expertise and experience to support customers facing a wide range of complex challenges.

Together, the team supports individuals experiencing issues such as homelessness, hoarding behaviours, probation involvement, financial hardship and other high-level support needs. Through strong partnership working, early intervention and tailored support, the team plays a vital role in helping customers maintain stable tenancies and improve their quality of life.

We take pride in delivering compassionate, person-centred support and being a trusted source of guidance for some of our most vulnerable customers.

Why join Lifestone Homes?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation with a clear social purpose where you'll have the chance to make a tangible difference every day.

As we continue to develop and strengthen our customer support services, you'll play an important role in helping customers overcome challenges, sustain their tenancies and thrive within their communities.
