Ansell is looking for a Territory Sales Manager Germany Healthcare Central-West to join our team in the Germany (Remote)!

Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Drive market penetration and sales growth through direct engagement with hospitals, universities, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, manage, and develop key accounts and key opinion leaders within the territory.
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, seminars, and clinical training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Support product evaluations and test runs within operating room environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users.
- Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to the business.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions, sales opportunities, forecasting, and reporting.
- Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues in line with Medical Device regulations and company procedures.
- Represent Ansell at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and training programs.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hospital sales experience, ideally within medical devices, surgical products, operating room environments, or healthcare consumables.
- Proven experience selling to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Experience working with clinical networks and healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling and account management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow business within a designated territory.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional German and English language skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory (approximately 75%).
