Territory Sales Manager – Colorado (Remote, Field-Based)
Location: Colorado, USA (Remote, Field-Based)
Base Salary: $90,000–$95,000
Commission: Uncapped, up to 7% on products sold
OTE: $150,000–$170,000
Travel: Business travel fully reimbursed
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan
Progression: Significant opportunity for career growth
The Opportunity
We're recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to build and grow a healthcare provider network across Colorado, working with physicians, wellness clinics, medical spas, longevity practices, and other healthcare providers.
This is a remote role with a home base, but it is field-based and requires regular travel throughout Texas to meet providers, develop relationships, and win new business.
Important: You must currently live in Texas to be considered. You will be responsible for developing business across the entire state, so this is not suitable for candidates based elsewhere.
About the Business
Our client operates a healthcare purchasing network that connects providers with a broad portfolio of healthcare, wellness, and longevity products through vendors and pharmacy partners.
The portfolio includes products from 503A compounding pharmacies, along with GLPs, peptides, hormone therapies, weight management solutions, diagnostics, supplements, and other products in the growing longevity and preventive healthcare market.
Instead of representing a single pharmacy or product line, you'll help providers identify relevant products and solutions across the network.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
Uncapped earning potential: A competitive base salary plus commission of up to 7% on products sold.
Recurring revenue: Accounts you bring onto the network can keep generating commission, letting you build a long-term income stream.
Build your own territory: Develop your own provider relationships and book of business instead of managing an established territory.
Career progression: Join a growing business with the opportunity to progress into more senior positions as the company expands.
Growing market: Work across longevity, wellness, peptides, weight management, and other developing areas of healthcare.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships, and taking ownership of their own success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business across Colorado, targeting physicians, wellness clinics, medical spas, longevity practices, and other healthcare providers.
- Build relationships with physicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers.
- Prospect independently, arrange meetings, and develop a strong pipeline of new accounts.
- Understand provider needs and introduce relevant products and solutions from the network.
- Build long-term relationships and grow revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop and manage your own territory and book of business.
- Attend provider meetings, networking events, and relevant industry conferences.
- Work closely with internal teams to support account growth and business development.
Essential Experience and Requirements
- At least one year of sales experience selling GLPs, peptides, hormone therapies, or similar products within the pharmaceutical, compounding pharmacy, wellness, longevity, or healthcare market.
OR
- At least one year of medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record of selling directly to a similar customer base, such as physicians, medical practices, wellness clinics, weight loss clinics, longevity practices, or medical spas.
You do not need direct GLP or peptide sales experience if you have relevant experience selling other medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare products to these customers.
Experience within a 503A compounding pharmacy is strongly preferred, particularly if you have sold compounded medications directly to physicians, clinics, or other healthcare providers.
Additional Requirements
Regardless of your background, you must:
- Currently reside in Colorado and be able to cover the entire state.
- Demonstrate strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
- Be confident winning new business rather than relying solely on inbound leads or an existing account base.
- Be comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based position.
- Be willing to travel regularly throughout Colorado.
Who Would Suit This Role?
This role suits a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being out in the field, opening new accounts, and building long-term relationships.
You should be motivated by the opportunity to build your own book of business, grow recurring revenue, and take advantage of an uncapped commission structure.
If you live in Colorado and meet at least one of the experience requirements above, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today to learn more.
