Territory Sales Manager – Outgoing, Gritty, Driven

Location: Remote in TX, OK, MS, AR, AL, or LA

Job Type: Full-Time

Van Beek Natural Science is looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager who thrives on connection, lives for the close, and brings grit to the game. We’re a leader in all-natural animal health products, trusted by veterinarians, distributors, and animal lovers nationwide.

We’re not looking for someone to sit back and take orders; we want a self-starter who chases opportunities, builds relationships, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You will be responsible for managing sales within a multi-state territory.

What You'll Do:

• Work from home while owning your sales pipeline and crushing your numbers
• Make calls, build trust, and close deals. You are the go-to for new leads, existing clients, and distributors in your territory
• Travel occasionally for key meetings, industry events, or training. Just enough to keep things exciting
• Educate customers on our unique product line and drive product adoption
• Keep our CRM updated so we can celebrate your wins and support your growth
• Hit and exceed your sales goals consistently and love every second of the chase
• Be outgoing and persuasive. You know how to win people over
• Be gritty and determined. You don’t stop at the first “no”
• Be coachable and curious. You’re always looking to improve
• Be organized and reliable. You keep your promises and stay on track
• Be independent but team minded. You own your day, but love sharing the win

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required (phone or B2B a plus)
• Animal health, nutrition, or experience working in the veterinary industry beneficial
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Must have the capability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid Driver's License
