Key Responsibilities Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory in Michigan with our BrandFX and Versalift brands, including a pre-existing customer base. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet departments, including utility and municipal fleets, co-ops, contractors, and telecom. Provide consultative sales expertise to customers, focusing on understanding and exceeding their expectations. Effectively communicate technical details of truck-mounted equipment, ensuring customers understand product features and benefits. Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Attend and participate in trade shows and industry events to represent TIME Manufacturing Company and generate leads. Use CRM tools to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and report on Page Break Qualifications and Requirements 5+ years of consultative outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success. Experience in utility, telecom, municipal, commercial truck, heavy equipment, or fleet sales. Strong desire to work in a customer-first, collaborative environment while demonstrating accountability and a strong drive to win. Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work a territory independently as needed. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong time and project management skills. Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel. Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus). Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
