Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Analyst to support a consumer-facing digital solution through comprehensive testing, business readiness, training, and deployment activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing test scenarios, scripts, and cases; performing UAT, functional, regression, integration, data validation, and end-to-end testing; managing defects; and ensuring that system functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria. The role will also involve working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment. In addition, the candidate will develop and maintain end-user training materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, training scenarios, knowledge-transfer content, and other business readiness artifacts, while supporting user walkthroughs, demonstrations, go-live activities, deployment readiness, and post-implementation stabilization. Experience with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria is required, along with the ability to support licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing solutions. The role also involves identifying opportunities to leverage approved AI and Generative AI tools to improve test case development, test coverage, defect analysis, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer, while maintaining appropriate human oversight and validating all AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, accessibility, security, privacy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, testing, documentation, and training skills, with extensive experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments. Requirements 5+ years of experience coordinating software testing activities with business users, BAs, SMEs, and technical teams. 5+ years of experience with UAT, functional, regression, enhancement, and end-to-end testing. 5+ years of experience in defect identification, documentation, tracking, severity assessment, and validation of fixes. 5+ years of experience with data validation and integration testing. 5+ years of experience working in Agile/iterative delivery environments. 5+ years of experience developing end-user training materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, and training presentations. 5+ years of experience supporting/facilitating end-user training and knowledge transfer. 5+ years of experience supporting business readiness and deployment readiness activities. 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria. 2+ years of experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing applications/processes. Experience using AI/Generative AI tools to support test case development, defect analysis, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer. Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, accessibility, privacy, security, and compliance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
