Test & Evaluation Operations Manager Hot Job Apply Overview Salary Range $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 Salary Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Up to 25% Category Government Apply Description Mayvin is currently seeking an Test & Evaluation Operations Manager to provide support to the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Division in the Department Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS FEMA). This individual is responsible for workforce balance, workforce assignments to support projects and test events, leading staff meetings, tracking personnel availability, and other duties as needed. The role requires close coordination with Data Managers, analysts, cybersecurity personnel, test teams, and government stakeholders. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance. This position is contingent upon award. Responsibilities : Perform project management and program analysis functions. Establish and maintain a personnel tracker to ensure all projects and test events have the right level of effort and skillsets. Demonstrate ability to communicate well with all stakeholders to include the team, the customer, and external parties such as national labs, universities, and other entities within FEMA. Demonstrate organizational skills and timely communication with company leadership. Qualifications Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10 years experience Experience with DHS Test and Evaluation support Strong ability to coordinate across multiple technical and operational stakeholders Experience leading technical teams, task assignments, or project execution activities Preferred Qualifications : Masters Degree Experience with DHS CBRN Test and Evaluation Knowledge of scientific, laboratory, sensory/instrumentation, operational test support systems, and data collection architectures Familiarity with Agile development methodologies About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace, it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact.
