Senior (5+ years of experience in Test Management & Quality Assurance)

The amazing you will have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Testing and Quality Assurance activities;
- Solid experience building Test Strategies and Test Plans;
- Experience coordinating and managing testing teams;
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing methodologies and ISTQB principles;
- Experience working in Agile environments;
- Knowledge of Octane, JIRA and Confluence;
- Experience testing APIs and integrations;
- Knowledge of SQL language;
- Ability to identify, mitigate and monitor project risks;
- Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities;
- Fluency in French (mandatory);
- Ability to interact with international stakeholders.

- Experience in Banking or Insurance projects;
- Previous experience in Test Centres or Test Factories;

What will you do?
- Contribute to the Test Strategy and Master Test Plan definition;
- Design, plan, coordinate and execute testing activities;
- Ensure test deliverables are produced according to established standards;
- Manage and support Test Analysts throughout the project lifecycle;
- Monitor testing progress and communicate results to stakeholders;
- Organize and facilitate test progress and defect management committees;
- Identify, document and track anomalies and defects;
- Participate in defect prioritization, validation and resolution;
- Prepare test reports and Go/No Go recommendations;
- Ensure compliance with testing processes, methodologies and quality standards;
- Promote continuous improvement within testing activities.
