Test Lead

Role Description This full-time Test Lead role at MIMIRO is a hybrid position based in the Greater Oslo Region, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Test Lead coordinates end-to-end testing activities, ensuring that test plans, schedules, and resources are aligned with project goals. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining test strategies, overseeing test execution, monitoring defect management, and collaborating closely with product, development, and operations teams. The role also involves mentoring testers, improving quality assurance processes, reporting on test progress and quality metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing tools and practices.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Test Management, including planning, coordination, and reporting of testing activities.
• Hands-on experience in Test Execution and Testing, with the ability to design and run test cases across different environments.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Test Strategy to support project and product objectives.
• Solid background in Quality Assurance, including defect tracking, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience with test frameworks, test automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in the Greater Oslo Region, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in leading test teams or acting as a senior tester on complex projects is an advantage.
