SuccessFactors Test Lead – Global Transformation

£600–£650 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-month contract | Fully Remote UK

I'm currently working with a global market-leading organisation on a major SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme, and we're looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Test Lead to join the programme on an initial six-month contract.

This is a large-scale global implementation requiring someone who can take ownership of the testing strategy and coordinate testing activity across a complex programme.

The Role

As Test Lead, you'll be responsible for driving the testing approach across the SuccessFactors programme and ensuring the solution is ready for deployment and go-live.

You'll work closely with programme, functional and technical teams to plan, coordinate and manage testing throughout the implementation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Owning the overall testing strategy and approach
• Planning and coordinating SIT, UAT and other testing phases
• Managing test plans, schedules and execution
• Coordinating testing across functional and technical workstreams
• Working with business stakeholders to ensure UAT readiness
• Managing defects, risks and dependencies
• Tracking testing progress and reporting to programme leadership
• Supporting test readiness for cutover and go-live

About You

We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Test Lead who has worked on significant transformation programmes.

You'll ideally have:

• Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Proven experience leading testing on large-scale SAP/SF implementations
• Experience across SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors testing and implementation lifecycles
• Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical teams
• Strong defect and test management experience
• Experience working on global or complex transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• The ability to take ownership of testing from strategy through to go-live

Experience working across multiple SuccessFactors modules would be highly beneficial.

Contract

• 6-month initial contract
• £600–£700 per day
