Test manager Jelentkezés erre a pozícióra About the Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced Test Manager to support the delivery of complex enterprise IT initiatives in an international environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating testing activities, driving quality assurance processes, ensuring business-critical functionalities remain stable throughout system changes, and acting as a key link between business and technical stakeholders. The position requires strong planning, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, along with fluent English communication. Responsibilities Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and testing schedules Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple teams Lead regression testing efforts and ensure adequate test coverage Monitor testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies Prepare and present testing status reports to stakeholders and project leadership Coordinate defect management activities and support prioritization efforts Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, architects, and project managers Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality objectives Support release readiness assessments and go-live decisions Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and QA practices Requirements 2+ years of experience in Test Management, Test Coordination, or Test Lead roles Experience managing testing activities within complex enterprise IT projects Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and testing lifecycle management Hands-on experience with test planning, execution tracking, and reporting Proven experience coordinating regression testing activities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Structured and analytical mindset Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) Nice to Have Experience in performance testing projects Understanding of Java-based application environments Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments Exposure to financial services, banking, or regulated industries ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification What We Offer Challenging and business-critical initiatives Hybrid working model Collaborative and professional working environment Opportunity to influence testing processes and quality standards Location: Budapest (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time or Contractor Salary: Gross HUF 1.4M - 1.6M/month (employee) OR HUF 85,000 - 100,000 + VAT/day (contractor) If you are a structured, proactive Test Manager who enjoys driving quality, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery -> we would be happy to hear from you.
