With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. This is your mission Are you passionate about test management, quality assurance, and software delivery ? Then this position is for you. As a Test Manager , you will be responsible for leading end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables while coordinating stakeholders, test teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle. Build side: Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and testing approaches for multiple projects or Agile tribes. Organize test design workshops and ensure all functional and testing documentation is complete and consistent. Define the required test levels, test types, resources, environments, and planning for each project. Coordinate business users and project stakeholders throughout the test preparation and design phases. Manage test risks, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and project governance. Lead test committees, provide Go/No-Go recommendations, and ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies. Run side: Manage the execution of functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities. Monitor testing progress, defects, quality indicators, budgets, and project commitments. Ensure accurate defect tracking, reporting, and communication to project stakeholders. Produce test reports, project closure documentation, and lessons learned. Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, estimation methods, and quality practices. Provide methodological guidance and functional leadership to testing teams throughout project execution. This is your background You have experience managing software testing projects in structured environments and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, budgets, planning, and quality objectives. You enjoy improving software quality, leading testing activities, and ensuring successful project deliveries through structured testing methodologies.
